In 1990 WPC developed its family coconut plantation on an industrial scale to manufacture and export high quality Coconut products with the technological and research backing from the Ceylon Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research (now known as Industrial Technology Institute).

The Wichy Coconut Plantations located at Kurunegala, Dambulla, Embilipitiya and Pelmadulla have high productivity and all our finest coconut products are manufactured from carefully selected coconuts picked off the plantations using traditional picking and collecting methods that ensure quality end products and customer satisfaction.

From time immemorial, we have consumed fresh coconut as nutrient rich and delicious food and drink to quench our hunger and thirst. The water of the coconut is nectar itself and the cream and oil obtained is used in gourmet food and desserts. We now have a range of coconut products for you to savour the fresh taste of coconut off the shelf.
