DESCRIPTION

Granulated white cocnut is extracted from fresh nuts which is mixed with chillie powder,  onions, lime, salt and dash of pepper. This sambol is a favourite Sri Lankan delicacy and is very much appreciated. An easy to make dish could be turned out in a few minutes.
