Concentrated Coconut Treacle. Free from additives, thermally sterilised and does not contain preservatives.
Vinegar
If coconut sap is allowed to ferment beyond the alcoholic beverage stage in 24 hours, it becomes unpalatable due to acetic fermenatation. The process is used commercially in Sri Lanka for the preparation of coconut vinegar.
